VidCruiter Pricing: What VidCruiter Actually Costs

VidCruiter does not publish a price. Its pricing page is a quote request form, and Capterra lists a reported starting price of $5,000 per year, billed usage-based and sized by the modules, integrations and applicant volume you need. 1Way Interview publishes every number: from $13.99/month billed annually, $0 implementation, cancel anytime.

VidCruiter cost vs 1Way Interview, line by line

Feature1Way Interview (published)VidCruiter (reported)
Is the price published?
Yes. Every plan and price is on the pricing page, from $13.99 to $209.99 per month billed annually.
No. vidcruiter.com/pricing shows no dollar figure and no tier names. It asks you to "Fill out the form to get pricing information on our solutions". Checked 27 July 2026.
Reported entry cost per year
Starter $13.99, SME $34.99, Business $62.99, Unlimited $209.99 per month on annual billing. Same numbers for everyone.
Capterra reports a starting price of $5,000 per year, billed usage-based. Hireflix reports contracts starting near the same figure and rising with the modules, integrations and compliance scope you add. A reported floor, not a quote.
How you get a price
You read it on the pricing page and check out yourself. No call required.
You request one. The pricing page is a form and a REQUEST PRICING button, so the number arrives after a sales conversation sized to your requirements.
What the price scales on
Interviews per month, published per plan. Pick the plan that matches your volume, change it whenever.
SelectSoftwareReviews reports there is no flat rate: price is tied to the number of products, the integrations, and the bandwidth needed to process your applicant volume. Three separate dials, none of them published.
Are features bundled or bought separately?
One plan, one price, no modules to bolt on. AI screening is included from the $34.99 per month SME plan up.
Reported as module-based: the platform is sold as a suite of products, and the count of products you take is one of the inputs to the price (SelectSoftwareReviews, Hireflix).
Free trial
14 days at no cost, no credit card required. Then $13.99 per month billed annually or $19.99 month to month.
Sources disagree. Capterra lists a free trial as available; SelectSoftwareReviews says there is none. VidCruiter's own site offers no self-serve signup, only a pricing request. Ask before you assume.
Contract term
Monthly or annual. Cancel or pause any time, no lock-in.
Not published. The entry figure third parties quote is billed per year (Capterra records the billing as usage-based, per year) and no source describes a month-to-month option, so budget for an annual cycle and get the minimum term in writing.
Going over your volume
Extra interviews from $0.57 each, published, and credits never expire.
No published unit price. Because pricing is reported to scale on applicant processing volume, going over is a commercial conversation rather than a rate you can look up.
Cost to see it working
Nothing. Sign up, build a position, send the link today. First interview live in about 15 minutes.
A sales cycle. The pricing page routes to a form, so evaluating it starts with a conversation rather than a login.

Why there is no number

VidCruiter prices per deal, so there is no list price to look up

Checked 27 July 2026: vidcruiter.com/pricing carries no dollar figure and no tier names at all. It asks you to "Fill out the form to get pricing information on our solutions" and gives you a REQUEST PRICING button. That is the most reliable fact on this page, because it comes from VidCruiter itself. Everything else below is reported by somebody else. Capterra's VidCruiter listing reports a starting price of $5,000 per year, billed usage-based, and Hireflix reports contracts starting near the same figure before rising with the modules, integrations and compliance scope you add. Treat $5,000 as a reported floor for the smallest configuration, not as a quote and not as what you would actually pay.

What moves the number

Three dials set your quote, and none of them are published

SelectSoftwareReviews puts it plainly: VidCruiter "doesn't have a flat rate, as its price is specifically tied to the number of products, the integrations, and the bandwidth needed to process the customer's number of applicants." Read that as three separate multipliers. The number of products is module-based pricing, so every capability you add is a new line item. The integrations are scoped work against your ATS and your identity stack. The applicant bandwidth means the price moves with hiring volume, so a good recruiting year is also a bigger invoice. None of the three has a published rate card, which is why two companies of the same headcount can be quoted very differently and neither can sanity-check the other.

Buyer checklist

Four numbers to get in writing before you sign anything

Because VidCruiter quotes per deal, the figure a salesperson says out loud is rarely the figure you pay over the term. Ask for four numbers in writing, and ask for them together. First, the fully loaded first-year total, with the license, any onboarding or implementation work and any custom integration work as one figure rather than three conversations. Second, the total across the whole committed term, not the annual number, since the commitment is what you are actually buying. Third, exactly which modules that price includes and what each additional one costs, because module count is one of the stated pricing inputs. Fourth, what happens when your applicant volume goes up, stated as a rate rather than as "we will work with you", plus the renewal price and any escalation percentage. If a quote cannot survive those four questions in writing, it is not a price, it is an opening position.

Honest fit

When the enterprise price tag is worth paying

VidCruiter is not overpriced for the buyer it was built for. It is a broad recruiting suite rather than a one-way interview tool, and it is priced for organisations where the process itself is the deliverable: structured, audit-ready hiring across many roles and regions, public-sector or regulated procurement where documented fairness and accessibility are contractual requirements, deep integration into an enterprise ATS delivered by a named team, and a procurement function for which an annual commitment and a scoping exercise are routine rather than a risk somebody absorbs personally. If that is you, the modules buy something real. If you are a small team that needs candidates to record answers to five questions, you would be buying governance you will never use.

The alternative

Same job, published price, no quote required

If what you actually need is one-way video interviews, you can have that today from $13.99 per month billed annually, which is $167.88 for a full year: more than 29 times cheaper than VidCruiter's reported $5,000 entry point, and that entry point is the floor rather than the typical figure. AI screening is included from the $34.99 per month SME plan up. A 14-day free trial, no sales call, no modules to price, and nothing to implement. The price you see is the price everyone pays.
