As the subscription is based on the number of applications you process a month some month you can pay nothing and some months you'd need to increase your subscription tier.
We will notify you and still collect all interviews; we will show you only those that match your subscription tier.
We will only retain unpaid interviews for 15 days, so please adjust the tiers accordingly.
Please proceed to Account > Subscription management and unsubscribe there.
Yeah, this sucks. Unfortunately, we are not able to improve or recover the video that was not recorded properly.
Candidates come in all shapes and sizes and some just can't or don't want to appear on the video correctly.
We show them the take so they can double check, but it happens that some videos still need to be submitted in unsatisfactory form. Feel free to contact the candidate directly if you want to give them another chance.
You may only be able to access some interview replies if your subscription tier matches the number of applications you've received.
In such a case, you should see the big red banner at the top of the page, saying to adjust the subscription for this month.
Don't worry; we store all the applications for you; you need to adjust the tier accordingly.
