Setting Up Your Company Profile

Complete your company profile setup with logo, team invitations, and privacy policy. Essential steps to customize your Oneway Interview workspace.

After creating your account, you'll land on the Company Information page. Complete these fields to let candidates know who you are and how you handle their data.

1. Company Name & Website

  • Company Name: Enter your official business name.
  • Website (optional): Paste your public URL (e.g., https://www.getreport.com).

2. Upload Your Logo

  • Click Upload Logo.
  • Select an image file (PNG or JPG, preferably square).
  • If you don't have one yet, you can skip and add it later.

3. Invite Your Team

  • Under Invite Co-workers, enter team members' email addresses.
  • They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace immediately.

4. Set Your Privacy Policy

  • If you have a policy: Paste its URL in the field.
  • If not: Click Use Default Privacy Policy. Generates a basic template covering data use, recordings, and retention. You can review and edit it at any time.

5. Save Your Changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. All your settings will be applied to every new interview you create.
