Help your candidates understand how you collect, store and use their data. You can either upload your own privacy policy or generate a basic template.

1. Why a Privacy Policy Matters

  • Explains to candidates what personal data (video recordings, answers, contact info) you'll collect
  • Clarifies how you'll use and protect their information
  • Builds trust and helps you comply with privacy regulations

2. Accessing the Privacy Policy Settings

  1. Log in to your Oneway Interview account.
  2. Click Settings (⚙️) in the sidebar.
  3. Select Company Information.
  4. Scroll to the Privacy Policy section.

3. Uploading Your Own Policy

  1. Click Upload File or drag-and-drop your PDF/HTML.
  2. Confirm the filename and date.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Tip: Use your legal team's latest version to stay compliant.”

4. Generating the Default Template

If you don't have a policy ready, Oneway Interview can create one for you:

  1. In Privacy Policy, click Use Default.
  2. Review the generated text:
"We collect interview recordings and candidate data solely for hiring purposes. We will not share your data with third parties and will delete it after 60 days."
