Getting Started: Creating Your Account

Learn how to create your account and get started with Oneway Interview platform. Step-by-step guide to set up your profile and begin screening candidates.

Welcome to Oneway Interview. Follow these steps to set up your user account and get ready to start screening candidates.

1. Open the Sign-Up Page

  • Go to your Oneway Interview instance URL.
  • Click Sign up in the top-right corner.

2. Choose Your Sign-Up Method

You have two options:

1. Email & Password

  • Enter your name, email address and a password.
  • Check your inbox and click the verification link.

2. Google Account

  • Click Continue with Google.
  • Select your Google account.
  • Grant the requested permissions.

3. Complete Your Profile

Once signed up, you'll land on the Company Information page. To finish:

  • Company Name: Enter your organization's name.
  • Logo: Upload your logo now or add it later.
  • Website: (Optional) Paste your company website URL.
  • Privacy Policy: If you have one, paste the link. Otherwise, click Use Default Privacy Policy to auto-generate basic terms.

Tip: Your privacy policy tells candidates how you'll handle their personal data and video recordings.”

4. Save & Continue

Click Save Changes. You're now ready to create your first interview or invite team members.
