When reviewing candidate responses, you can add comments and work together with your colleagues to ensure consistent evaluations.
Accessing the Comment Section
- Go to the Candidates Dashboard.
- Click on a candidate's name or email to open their detailed review view.
- Scroll down to the Comments area under each question.
Adding a Comment
- Click the Add comment field.
- Type your feedback or questions for your teammates.
- Press Enter or click Save.
Editing AI Evaluations
- Under the question, you'll see the AI's rating (e.g. "Correct" or "Acceptable").
- Click the rating dropdown to:
• Re-determine: Change AI's choice if you disagree
• Save: Confirm your manual override
Changing Candidate Stage
- At the top right of the review view, locate the Stage selector.
- Choose the appropriate stage (e.g. "Screening", "Interview", "Hired").
- Click Save to update.
Collaborating with Your Team
- Notifications: Teammates receive updates when you add comments or change stages.
- Visibility: All comments and manual overrides are logged in the candidate's history.
- Consensus: Use comments to ask for input or flag uncertainty before moving a candidate forward.
