Overview

The Candidates Dashboard is your central hub for managing and reviewing all applicants. This guide covers how to:

  • View open positions and applicant counts
  • Access and filter candidate responses
  • Use AI evaluations and leave comments
  • Collaborate with your team

1. Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the sidebar, click Positions.
  3. Next to each role, click View Candidates.

2. Viewing Positions

  1. Positions List
    Displays all active job openings.
  2. Applicant Count
    Shows how many candidates have started the interview.
  3. Actions
    Edit Questions – Modify or reorder your interview questions
    Copy Link – Share the interview URL on job boards

3. Exploring Candidate Responses

  1. Select a position to see its applicants.
  2. Use the filters to narrow candidates by:
    Evaluation (Correct, Acceptable, Incorrect)
    Stage (New, In Review, Hired)
  3. Click a candidate's name to open their detailed response page.

4. Evaluating Answers

  • Multiple-Choice
    Auto-rated as correct or acceptable.
  • Text Responses
    • Review AI-driven evaluations
    • Manually adjust if needed
  • Video Answers
    • Play recordings to assess communication and setup
    • Candidates can retry before submitting

5. Collaborating with Your Team

  • Comments
    Leave feedback on specific answers for colleagues.
  • Re-evaluate
    Change answer status (Correct, Acceptable, Incorrect).
  • Stage Updates
    Move candidates through your hiring stages: New → In Review → Interview Scheduled → Hired/Rejected

6. Bulk Actions

  • Select Multiple
    Batch-update stages or export data.
  • Export
    Download candidate lists and evaluations as CSV.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Check the dashboard daily to keep momentum.
  • Use AI evaluations as guidance—always verify critical responses.
  • Ensure your privacy policy link is visible to candidates.
