When you use AI-powered screening, every candidate answer is auto-scored as Correct, Acceptable, or Incorrect. This guide shows you how to review those evaluations and tweak them as needed.
1. Navigate to the Candidates Dashboard
- Log in and select your company.
- Click Positions in the sidebar.
- Find your job and click View Candidates.
2. Understand the Evaluation Labels
- Correct
Exact match to your preset "correct" answer or criteria. - Acceptable
Good response within a broader range you defined. - Incorrect
Falls outside both ranges.
3. View Question-Level Details
- On the candidate's row, click the Evaluation badge.
- In the detail panel you'll see:
• Question text
• Your hint for "Correct" and "Acceptable" answers
• Candidate's response (text, link, or video)
• AI's assigned label
4. Adjust an AI Evaluation
- In the detail panel, click the current label (e.g. Incorrect).
- Select a new label: Correct, Acceptable, or Incorrect.
- (Optional) Add a Comment to explain your change for collaborators.
- Click Save to update the candidate's overall score.
5. Use "Redetermine" for Re-Scoring
If you've updated your answer criteria:
- Click Edit Criteria on the question setup page.
- Update "Correct" and "Acceptable" ranges or prompts.
- Return to the candidate's detail panel and click Redetermine.
- The system will re-run AI checks with your new settings.
6. Collaborate with Your Team
- Leave comments on individual answers for peer review.
- Change the candidate's Stage (e.g. Screening → Interview) once you agree.
- All changes sync in real time—everyone stays on the same page.
7. Best Practices
- Review samples before bulk screening to fine-tune criteria.
- Use comments to document why you overrode AI decisions.
- Regularly update your AI prompts as your hiring needs evolve.
